The PDF menu problem

A PDF menu is a photograph of information. Guests can squint at it. Most agents cannot, or will not spend the budget trying.

When an assistant compares three chefs, the one whose menu and prices are plain text on a page wins the parse. Not because the food is better. Because the answer to "what does this cost" took one request instead of a document download and a guess.

Same with rates that say "contact for pricing." To a person, that reads as bespoke. To an agent, it reads as unknown, and unknown loses to known every time.

You do not have to give up the beautiful PDF. Keep it for humans. Add one plain page that says what you offer, for how many people, at what price. That page is for the machines, and the machines are booking.
